All products are made to order. Each item is unique and may vary slightly from the photos shown on the website.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in euros (€).

Micro-enterprise: VAT not applicable – Article 293B of the General Tax Code.

Shipping costs are shown during the checkout process.

IMPORTANT: International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes, which are payable by the customer.

4. Order

The order becomes final upon confirmation of payment. By placing an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions.

5. Production and delivery times

  • Production time: 1 to 3 days after order confirmation.
  • Delivery time: 5 to 10 days depending on the destination and the carrier (mainly UPS or La Poste).

COQUELICOT cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-order products.

No returns or refunds will be accepted, except in the case of faulty products.

7. Faulty products

In the event of damaged or non-compliant products, the customer must contact COQUELICOT within 7 days of receipt, providing photographic evidence.

A replacement or refund will be offered once the issue has been verified.

8. Liability

COQUELICOT cannot be held liable for any consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
